Why do we love so much to be frightened? This year at the ENF, you can hear classic spine chillers by R.L. Stevenson, M.R. James and Henry James told in locations that reflect their fictional settings. Some of the venues even have ghosts of their own. The haunted upstairs dining room in The Ship Inn at Elie is the setting for Ann Louise Ross's reading of M.R. James' unsettling tale of a seaside holiday that turns into a nightmare, Whistle and I will Come
