We are the East Neuk Festival, a Charity registered in Scotland No SC036207.

Our principal place of business is at Weirgate House, Weirgate Brae, St Boswells TD6 0BD. The main telephone number for our office is +44 (0)33 022 11 093. Please remember that throughout the terms that follow, when we mention ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, etc, we mean www.eastneukfestival.com. When we refer to ‘you’ we mean the user and/or browser of our website.

About these terms and conditions

You are reading the terms and conditions for use of the East Neuk Festival website (www.eastneukfestival.com). They make a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is made by your browsing our website and is dated to your first use of the website. If you do not accept the terms and conditions or any part of them you should stop using our website immediately.

We undertake to maintain the privacy of your data within the framework of the law. 

Our guiding principle is that your personal data is only held to allow us to serve you better.

If you have given your consent to do so, we will use your personal data to inform you of our latest programme news, offers, etc.

You may withdraw your consent and have your details deleted at any time simply by contacting us. 

If you have registered to become a patron of the festival, we will pass your contact information to our box office agents so that they can administer your priority booking requirements. Aside from this one exception, we will not pass your personal data to any third party.

Our website makes use of cookies. Cookies are data held in your web browser. They do not in themselves identify who you are or your other personal data to us. They do allow us to monitor your use of our site.

Bookings and transactions

All tickets are subject to availability.

We cannot offer refunds nor guarantee to accept returned tickets.

All transactions that take place when purchasing tickets for our festival are between you and our box office agent Hub Tickets. Please see their website for details of their transaction and website terms and conditions.

All programme details are correct at time of going to press. The festival may be obliged to make changes to the published details due to circumstances beyond its control and reserves the right to do so. In this instance it will make every effort to notify ticket holders as far in advance as possible.

About our liability to you

So far as lawfully possible, we exclude all liability to you in contract or delict (negligence) other than negligence by us which gives rise to personal injury or death. We also exclude liability for any consequential or indirect loss that may be caused to you by us.

About the law relating to these terms and conditions

We are situated in Scotland and the law of Scotland shall govern any interpretation of these terms and conditions. The Scottish Courts shall have jurisdiction in any disputes between us.
